About Katipo Design

Katipo Design is a Dunedin based architectural practice established in 2000. We provide a comprehensive range of architectural services for projects of all sizes, including new residential homes, extensions and alterations, multi unit residential developments, and commercial work. While most of our projects are located in the wider Dunedin region, we have successfully delivered work throughout New Zealand, including Auckland, Christchurch and Central Otago.

We place strong emphasis on functional, well considered design supported by detailed and accurate documentation. High quality drawings and specifications help minimise issues during the building consent process, reduce variations, and support more accurate pricing during tendering and construction - ultimately providing a smoother experience for our clients.

Katipo Design values strong, collaborative relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and local council consent teams. We pride ourselves on professionalism, integrity and reliability, whilst providing a friendly and relaxed approach.
