Plans
For those of you who like the idea of a pre-prepared design, we have a couple of options for you.
Advantages include;
Easier finance – you don’t need to borrow thousands of dollars for custom plans
Easier valuations – show these plans to your Valuer, along with the site your are considering, and get a registered valuation of the post-build home
Easier costing- send our plans to 3 separate builders to get 3 competitive prices – you know then you are getting the least expensive build possible.
What we do differently;
Our plans are designed to stand out from the typical ‘group home company offerings’ We know that houses which stand out from the crowd are worth more, sell faster, and are more impressive to your friends.
Our homes are designed to be reconfigured to your special piece of land. Part of our promise to you is to truly adapt the plans to your site. This means better lifestyle, and higher valuations.
As developers ourselves, we know how hard it can be getting started, especially with the Banks, and Councils. We don’t ask you to pay for the plans up-front. For this reason we offer a special structured package of plans; We send you a full set of drawings from which a builder can give a fixed price. If the build price is right, and the bank agrees, we then send you a ‘consent copy’ from which the builder can work. You pay us for the consent copy in the same way you pay your builder, by monthly progress payments. This makes cashflow far simpler for you, because you don’t need to borrow money to pay for the plans before you start building.
The last word;
You choose your builder, or builders, so you know you are getting the cheapest price at that time. You know you are not paying for expensive TV advertising, or the franchise owners’ fleet of trucks. For these ‘pricing plans’ we charge you only $449. This is little more than the cost of paperwork. Check out our plans below.
