Extensions to the Dunedin Chinese Church, summer 2009/2010.

The Church Congregation had been growing for the last few years to the point where more room was required.  The existing carparking area beside the hall was used to extend the hall out onto, forming a new library, gathering area, and toilets.

Renovations to the existing hall included a new commercial kitchen, conversion of the  existing attic to a Sunday School and English Service Room, new heating ventilation, lighting , fire alarms etc.

There were a myriad of council compliance issues to address, including resource consents, fire design, structural.
