Harbourview Terrace

The client owned a large section with a stream running through the middle. Local Council planning rules allowed the subdivision of this site into 4 lots, but with the stream running through the middle, these lots were awkward to build on.
The first house we designed was the easiest, with a “living cube” cantilevered over a concrete block garage and bedroom cube.
Most of the mature trees were retained, giving the interior a real tree-house feel.
